Ikigai Leading Executive Coaching Approach

Our overarching approach includes the following components:

Contracting and Goal Setting – where we establish context, goals and outcomes for coaching, ensure coach/coachee fit, agree on rules of engagement and explore potential assessments or structured feedback.  
Coaching Series  - having agreed on the number and format of coaching sessions, each session is an opportunity to share key frameworks and tools, offer a sounding board and provide a safe space to test ideas and trial changes.
Progress Review and Feedback – when we reflect on lessons learnt and impact, gather coaching engagement feedback and identify ongoing develop opportunities.
